Safety and event standards
StageDive is currently a curated event directory. DIY submissions are not open yet.
What verification means
Established venues may be identified from public business information. DIY organizers will require identity and authorization review before publication. Verification reduces uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee that a venue or event is risk-free.
Organizer responsibility
Organizers remain responsible for lawful operation, accurate event details, capacity, access, security, age restrictions, and the conduct of their event. StageDive may reject, remove, or suspend any listing when information cannot be verified or safety concerns are reported.
Address privacy
Future DIY listings may show only a general area publicly. Exact addresses can remain restricted until an organizer-approved RSVP or ticket step.
Reporting concerns
Use the issue-report form to report inaccurate information or safety concerns. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services rather than StageDive.
Before community submissions launch
StageDive will require conspicuous acceptance of attorney-reviewed Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy. Acceptance records should include the policy version, account, and timestamp; these standards are not a substitute for that legal review.
